What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, and phone number. When you complete our cyber risk assessment, we also collect your responses about your practice’s operations and security practices, along with the scores and findings the assessment produces.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver your assessment results, to prepare for consultations you request, to obtain insurance quotes on your behalf when you ask us to, and to improve the assessment itself. When you ask us to seek quotes, relevant information about your business is shared with the insurance carriers and intermediaries involved in quoting your coverage, and with no one else.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. The assessment does not ask for, and you should not submit, patient records or protected health information.

Storage and retention

Your information is stored on secured infrastructure in the United States. We retain it for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed insurance agency.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to anthony@hawriverpartners.com.
